Crispy Buffalo Chicken Sandwich

2 skinless chicken breasts1/4 cup bread crumbssalt and pepper to taste1/4 cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce1 Tbsp butter1 Tbsp vinegar2 Whole grain hamburger bunslettuce and tomato
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.
Salt and pepper chicken breasts. You may want to flatten them to an even thickness. Coat them with bread crumbs. Place them in a baking dish coated with cooking spray and lightly spray the top of the chicken. Bake for 25-30 minutes until done and no longer pink inside. Place hot sauce, butter, and vinegar in a plastic bag. Place the cooked chicken in the bag and shake to coat. Serve the chicken on toasted whole wheat buns with lettuce and tomatoes. Dress with low fat ranch or bleu cheese dressing but be sure to add in the extra calories and fat.
