Ingredients
Rice Dream rice milk 4 ouncesNonfat plain yogurt 4 ouncesMedjool date 1/2 dateGround flax 2 TbspSpinach fresh 2 cupsBananna fresh 1 mediumFlax oil 1 TbspCostco Rader farm's nature's three berries 1 cup
Directions
Add rice milk, yogurt, date, spinach and ground flax seed to blender and blend for 30 seconds. Add bananna, flax oil and berries and blend till smooth; about 30 seconds, but depends on the blender. Pour and enjoy.
