Fat Free Low Carb Crepes

Ingredients
0.25 cup Sorrento Fat free ricotta0.5 cup egg beaters2 packets of Truvia1 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
Whisk all ingredients together. Heat a nonstick pan over medium low heat, and spray with nonstick spray. Pour 2 tablespooons of batter into hot pan, and immediately swirl around to make a thin layer. Cook for 1-2 minutes until set. Flip over and cook on other side 1 minute. After each crepe, spray your pan, to help with the ease of flipping.

Makes 6 6 inch crepes.
