Ingredients
1 pkg Butter Pecan Cake Mix1 Pkg Instant Toasted Coconut Pudding Mix(if cannot find use instant vanilla & add toasted coconut)4 eggs1/4 c poppy seeds1 c. hot water
Directions
Mix cake mix, pudding, oil, poppy seeds and eggs well with electric beater. Add hot water and beat well again. bake in 2 loaf pans at 325 for 45-50 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
Freezes well.
