2 16oz can Black Beans1 16oz can Red Kidney Beans1 16oz can Chickpeas1 16oz can Yellow Sweet Corn2 16oz can Diced Tomatoes1 can Rotel~1 lb Ground Turkey, Lean1 med Onion1 med Green Bell Pepper1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning, dry1 pkg Taco Seasoning
Brown and drain ground turkey. Rinse and Drain all beans. Drain corn. Chop or dice green pepper and onion. Add all ingredients to Crock Pot. Cook on Low for 8-10 hours or High for 4-5 hours.
