Spiced Yogurt Beverage

Ingredients
- 6oz of plain nonfat yogurt (lowfat can also be used)- 2 tbsp of unsweetened applesauce- 1 tsp of lemon juice- 1 small mint leaf- 1/2 tsp of honey- dash of ground cinnamon, cloves, and ginger****Splenda, agave, stevia, and other sweeteners can replace the honey****
Directions
Bring out your blender and plop in 6oz of plain yogurt. Follow it with the unsweetened applesauce, mint, spices, and honey.

Use as many icecubes as you like (more for a thicker texture, less for a soupy one) and blend.

Garnish with another mint leaf and enjoy!
