Ingredients
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 tomato Onions, raw, .5 large Green Peppers (bell peppers), .5 cup, strips Tomato Paste, 2 can (6 oz) Garlic, .25 cup Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz)Oregano, ground, 3 tbspRosemary, dried, 1 tbsp Garlic powder, 1 tsp Celery Salt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 dash Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Wash and dice tomatoes and bell pepper. Dice onion. Saute onion and bell pepper in olive oil. When tender, add garlic and diced tomato. Saute vegetables about 5 minutes. Add 2 cans of tomato paste, water, and spices. Mix well. Cover with lid, cook on low heat for approximately 10 minutes. Serve over cooked pasta or use as a marinara. Enjoy!
