Super Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients
Dannon Light & Fit Vanilla Yogurt-1 cupStrawberries-8 or to tasteSilk Enhanced Plain Soymilk-1/2 cupGenisoy Protein Powder-3 tbsp.Organic Bio Sprouts Flax Sprouts-1 tbsp.Ice-1/2 cupSplenda 2 tbsp. or to taste
Directions
Put all ingredients in blender and pulse to crush ice.

Blend on high about a minute.

If smoothie is too thick, add extra soy milk.

This is very filling. You may want to only eat a half portion if you're not very hungry.

Any fruit or flavor yogurt can be used.
