Ingredients
Raw PotatoExtra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Wash and slice raw potatoes into thin slices and place in ziploc bag. Pour EVOO in bag along with a little salt. Close ziploc bag and shake gently until all are covered with Olive Oil.
Bake in a 350 oven for about 20 minutes or when edges start browning. Makes 3 servings.
