four chicken breasts rinse and pat dry and cut in strips
in a bowl combine 5 eggs whisk with 1 package of hidden valley dry ranch dip
in zip lock back crush 1 bag of baked sun chips (original)
Dip chicken strip in egg mix and then shake in zip lock bag of crushed chips
Place on pam sprayed pan and bake at 350 until crispy and browned on both sides .. you can dip in your favorite low fat dip..
These freeze very well just make up and place in freezer bag and pull out as many as you want and refreeze the rest. kids love these and are easy to make for themselves.
If you find the strips are not staying as moist, then try cubing the chicken. The larger chunks with retain the moisture better.
