100 g. tomatoes of your choice10 g. red onion in thin slices100 g. cooked chicken breast cut in slices1/2 cp. leaf lettuce shredded1/2 cp.colourful fresh peppers (red, green or yellow)100 g. of peeled and seeded cucumber chopped10 g. of raw matchstick carrots1 tbsp. of Newmans Sesame Thai Lite Dressing
Directions
Arrange all ingredients on your favourite plate starting with the lettuce, and ending with the cooked chicken. Serves 1
