tuna burgers

Ingredients
1 can of tuna2tbs of prego sauce1tbs of Parmesan cheese 1tsp onion powder1tsp garlic powder 1/2 cup whole wheat flour 1tsp adobo1 slice of american cheese 1 slice of lettuce sandwich thins(any brand)1tbs mayo1tsp paprika
Directions
makes two medium size burgers
Drain tuna
mix all ingredients together except the ameircan cheese and lettuce.
cook on a griddle or frying pan. if you cook on the grill it might fall through. cook until golden brown on each side
Put on a bun with lettuce and American cheese.
put mayo on the bun and sprinkle some paprika (optional) and mix together on the bun.
