Sweet Dilled Potato Salad

Ingredients
4 medium russet potatoes1/3 C. mayo1 Tb. dijon mustard1/4 C. sweet relish1/4 C. minced sweet onion1 tsp. dried dill1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
Directions
Peel and cube potatoes. Cover with water and boil for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, combine rest of ingredients in a bowl. Drain cooked potatoes, cool slightly, and fold in mayo mixture.
