Ingredients
1.80 Lb flank steak cooked and shredded2 medium sized tomatoes cut in slices20 green olives3 cups of fresh spinach1/4 cup of olive oil1/4 cup of vinegar50 g red onion100 g of sliced avocado
Directions
1.- Once the beef is fully cooked, shredded and cooled add the sliced tomatoes, olives, spinach and onion. Mix it all well.
2.- Combine the olive oil with the vinegar and mix well. Add to the meat.
3.- Add the avocado slices and salt and pepper.
