Nigerian Stew (Fish and Chicken)

Ingredients
Curry powder, 1 tsp Thyme, ground, 1 tsp Salt, 1 dash Olive Oil,6 tbsp Chicken Breast, no skin, 32 ounces Onions, raw, 1 large Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 2 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Tomato Paste, 2 cans (6 oz) Water, tap, 40 fl oz Tilapia filet, 32 oz Habanero pepper, 0.5 cup 3 large tomatos
Directions
Blend tomatoes, onions, peppers and tomato paste with 2 cups of water. Heat oil about 2 minutes. Then add blended mixture to the oil with an additional two cups of water. Add salt, curry and thyme to mixture while it boils. Cook for about about 10 minutes. Add meat/fish. Cook about 7 minutes. Simmer about 30 minutes and serve over steamed rice with steamed vegetables. You can freeze the rest of the sauce for yummy leftovers.
