curry, cranberry, & walnut couscous

1 1/2c israeili/pearl couscous (uncooked)3/4c craisins1 can garbanzo beans1c green onion3/4c walnuts1T curry powder1/3c lemon juice1T grated orange rind2T water1 1/2T olive oil1/2t salt1/4t pepper2 cloves crushed garlicjuice from 1/2 an orange
cook couscous, then rinse with cold water & drain.
add craisins, garbanzos, curry powder, green onion, & walnuts.
toss together
in a separate bowl combine lemon juice, grated orange rind, 2T water, olive oil, salt, squeezed orange juice, and black pepper. mix well then add to couscous. toss again. refrigerate for at least 10 minutes before serving.
