Fat Girl Sammich!

Ingredients
4 slices reduced calorie wheat bread2 sprays canola oil cooking spray4 oz deli sliced brown sugar baked ham2 slices reduced calorie cheddar cheese1 small onion, sliced and separated into rings2 tsp yellow mustard2 oz hamburger dill chips
Directions
Toast bread. Spray non-stick skillet with cooking spray and sautee onions. Set aside. Spray skillet again and lightly brown ham slices. Spread mustard on 2 slices of toast and top with ham slices. Arrange sauteed onions over remaining 2 slices of bread and top with cheese slices. Place under oven broiler until cheese is melted. Assemble into 2 sandwiches with pickles in the middle.

Makes 2 servings of 1 sandwich each.
