Cauliflower Pizza Crust a la Mediterranean

1.5 cup of cauliflower, cooked and grated1 cup of 6 cheese italian blend0.25 cup egg beaters0.5 tsp of italian seasoning1 medium tomato, sliced thinly0.5 cup fresh spinach0.25 cup crumbled reduced fat feta3 breakfast sausage links, cooked and crumbled1 drizzle of olive oil
1.Heat oven to 450 degree.
2. Spray a cookie sheet with nonstick spray. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Press evenly on the pan.
3. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
4. Top with whatever you want, but for this one, I topped with a drizzle of olive oil, fresh spinach, sliced tomatoes, crumbled turkey breakfast sausage, and crumbled feta cheese.
5. Bake at 450 again for 8 minutes.
