Ramon Noodle Coleslaw w/Almond and Sunflower Seeds

Ingredients
Dole Classic Coleslaw Mix - 2 bagsRamen Noodle pkgs - 2 pouchesExtra Virgin Olive Oil - 3 T.Apple Cider Vinegar - 6 T.Truvia - 3 packetsBlack Pepper - 1/4 t.Soy Sauce - 2 T.Seasoning Packets from noodles - 2Green Onions - 4Sliced Almonds - 1/4 c.Sunflower seeds - 3 T.
Directions
Mix together the olive oil, cider vinegar, Truvia, pepper, soy sauce and seasoning until dissolved.

Break up Ramen noodles into bite sized pieces and along with almond bake in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes.

Mix slaw mix, Ramen noodles, almonds and seeds in a large bowl. Add dressing, mix and put into the refrigerator to let flavors develop for a couple of hours.

Makes 10 servings about 1 cup each.
