Ingredients
5 C cubed potatoes boiled2 eggs, chopped2 oz jar diced pimento1/8 C minced onion2/3 C light sour cream1/8 C light mayo1/2 Tbsp Nature's Seasoning1/4 tsp black pepper1/4 C yellow mustard1/3 C chopped pickles1/8 C pickle juice
Directions
Mix all ingredients together, refrigerator over night for best flavor. Makes 9 1-cup servings
