Sweet and Sour Meatballs

1.5 pound ground beef2 eggs1 tsp rice1 chopped onion (small)salt and pepper to taste1 tsp sugar4 cups tomato juice2 cups watersoursalt *1/4 tsp * found in the kosher section most grocery stores
Mix together meat, egg, rice, onion, s&p, 1tsp sugar and make into small meat balls.
Bring to boil tomato juice combined with water.
Add 3 TBS sugar
1/4 tsp soursalt
Fry meatballs until golden brown, then drop meatballs into boiling tomato juice and water season to taste adding more sweet or soursalt, depending on how the gravy tastes.
