Colorful and Health Fritata (Vegetarian or with Turkey Bacon)

3 eggs3oz of any cheese1 small tomatoe1 small onion1.5 cups broccoli2 tsp oil
pre-heat over to 350 degrees
Microwave Turkey bacon
saute veggies in olive oil
beat eggs with small amount of water
turn heat to medium on sauted veggies and add egg mixture
add cheese
add cooked bacon
cook slowly until most liquid is firm
when most of the liquid is firm place in oven for 3 to 5 minutes until all liquid is gone.
