1/2 cup Red Wine
2 tsp Cumin
1 Tbsp Oregano

Directions
brown beef; drain
add onion/garlic and saute until translucent
add tomato sauce/wine/oregano/cumin/s&p
lower heat and simmer for 20-30min
serve over rice or salad
