Orecchiette with Turkey Sausage and Roasted Peppers

2 Red Bell Peppers2 Yellow Bell Peppers1 lb orecchiette1 lb turkey sausage1 tbsp butter cut in pieces1/4 c. grated parmesan
Heat the broiler. Place the peppers on foil lined baking sheet and broil until charred 18-20 minutes. Cover with plastic wrap and steam for 2-3 min. Remove skins and thinly slice
In large pot of boiling salted water cook pasta until al dente. Drain reserving 1/2 c of pasta water
Meanwhile coat large skillet with cooking spray and cook sausage breaking up with a spoon until browned 7-10 min. Add roasted peppers cook until heated through. Transfer sausage mixture to a large bowl, add the pasta, butter, reserved pasta water and Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine
