1 lb Jennie O Extra Lean Ground Turkey1/2 c Onion Chopped1 c Sweet Potato Cubed1/2 c Red Peper Chopped3 c Cabbage Shredded1 can (14.5 oz) Del Monte Diced Tomatoes No Salt Added3 tsp Grill Mates Sweet & Smoky Rub
Directions
Brown Ground turkey and Sweet Potatoes, DO Not Drain

add Red Pepper, Onion, & Grill Mates Seasoning.

Cook on Med till Sweet Potatoes have started to soften, about 15mins. Cook Covered.

Add Cabbage & Tomatoes, sitr frequently cook covered for about another 15mins.
