Vegan Chocolate Chip Cranberry

Ingredients
4.5 tsp EnerG Egg Replacer6 Tbsp Water1 Cup vegan margarine3/4 Cup brown sugar3/4 cup cane sugar2 tsp Vanilla extract2 Cups AP flour1/4 Cup Wheat Bran1 Cup Oats1 tsp Baking SodaPinch of salt1-2 Cups Chocolate Chips1 Cup chopped nuts (almond slivers and walnuts are a good combo)1 Cup Dried Cranberries
Directions
1. Preheat Oven to 375 degrees f.
2. Place cranberries in warm water to soak.
3. Beat EnerG and water until fluffy as hell and set aside
4. Cream Sugar, margarine, and vanilla in a bog bowl
5. Mix flour, bran, oats, and baking soda. Add pinch of salt.
6. EnerG mix to creamed sugar and beat well
7. Add dry mix to the wet mix, slowly. Don't overmix
8. Add chcocolate, nuts, and cranberries. Mix lightly.
9. Place equal mounds of dough on well-oiled, nonstick cookie sheet, or parchment paper.
10. Bake about 10 mins.

Should make about 20 cookies.
