Ingredients
one box of elbow noodlesvegetable oil butterflourmilkcheddar cheesenutmegsalt, pepper, garlic powder, cayenne
Directions
Cook noodles, drain, set aside. Heat oil and butter and add flour. Cook 3 minutes and slowly add milk. Let thinken and add cheese. Stir until blended. Add noodles in large casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top. Broil for 5 minutes til golden brown.
