Organic Ground beef, lean, 16 oz *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 30 oz Organic Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 8 cups (4 - 15oz cans) Organic Tomato Sauce, 2 cup (1 15oz can)Onions, raw, 1.5 large Garlic, .25 cup Light Beer, 6 fl oz *Beans, Kidney beans dark red 3 serv can, 3 serving Chili powder, 2 tbspCinnamon, ground, 1/4 tbsp *Cumin seed, 1/4 tbsp Bay Leaf, 2 leavesCayenne Pepper to taste
Brown Turkey and Beef in Large pot
Drain off any excess grease
add onions and garlic w/ a 1/4 cup of water and saute until clear
Add all the rest of the ingredient except bean and simmer for 1 hour
Add beans during last 15 minutes of cook time.
makes 8 to 10 servings
