Buffalo Chicken Wrap with Steamed Broccoli

Ingredients
3 oz skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into strips1 tsp olive oil5 sprays butter spray1 Tbs Garlic Powder1 Tbs Onion Powder2 Tbs Hot Pepper Sauce1/4 cup chopped scallions1/4 cup sliced mushrooms1 whole wheat low carb tortilla wrap1 cup shredded romaine lettuce1/2 cup chopped broccoli, steamed
Directions
In a medium skillet heated to medium-high heat, season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder & pepper and fry in olive oil until cooked through.

Add hot sauce to flavor chicken, then add scallions & mushrooms to skillet. Toss and heat vegetables for 2 - 3 minutes, until softened and heated through.

Put chicken and vegetable mixture in the middle of the wrap with chopped romaine.

Serve with steamed broccoli & grapes.
