11-12 lasagna noodles1-1.5 pounds lean ground beef1/2 onion1 clove garlic1 1/2 cup hot water1 can tomato sauce2 6oz cans tomato paste1 tsp basil1 tsp oregano1/2 tsp marjaram15 oz. ricotta cheese16 oz. bag frozen spinach3 eggs1/2 tsp salt1/2 cup shredded parmesean cheese4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Chop onion and garlic
Brown ground meat with onion and garlic
Once cooked, add tomato paste, tomato sauce, basil, oregano, marjoram, and hot water
In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, thawed spinach, eggs, parmesean cheese, and salt
In a 9X13 dish, layer ingredients starting with a thin layer of meat mixture.
Layer noodles, meat mixture, spinach mixture, and mozzerella cheese.
Cook at 350 for about 40 minutes or until bubbling and cheese is slightly browned on top.
