Traditional Mint Tea

Ingredients
INGREDIENTS: 10 large stalks fresh mint, washed 2 quarts water
Directions
1. Place mint and water in a large saucepan, and bring slowly to a boil. Turn off heat, cover, and let steep for 5 minutes. Strain and serve. Makes 8 1-cup servings.
