you need a really good non stick pan, make sure its heated up really well brush lightly with low fat marge or spread let it evaporate until all most gone and pour small amount of pancake mix into hot pan, cover base of pan until shape and thickness desired. cook untill golden flip and cook otherside untill golden. add strawberries lemon and sugar to taste.
