Chicken Curry

Ingredients
4-6 skinless boneless chick 1/2 breasts2-4 Tbls Butter1 can mushroom soup1 can celery soup1/4 c applesauce, (unsweetened)1 - 10.5 oz can pineapple tidbits 1/4 cup raisins the spices are:dash of pepper, 1/2 tsp ground ginger, 2 Tlbs curry powderyou can add coconut flakes as a condiment
Directions
Cut chicken in cubes. Saute chicken in butter till firm. Add all other ingredients other then rice. Simmer for 30 min.
Cook rice according to package directions.
