Meatballs Turkey High Fiber low carb low fat

2 lbs ground Chicken or Turkey, 1/2 cup almond milk or water, 4 egg whites, 7 tbsp of NutraFiber Flakes, 2 tbsp of onion powder, 2 tsp of garlic powder, 2 tsp fo mrs.dash table blend, 2 tbsp of dry parsley, 1 tsp of Black or white Pepper.
Preheat oven to 350*F. Mix all ingredients gently in a large bowl until combined: let mixture sit for 5 minites. Roll in to 2 1/2 inch meatballs (mine came out 3 oz. each after cooked.) Place meatballs on cookie sheet sprayed with Pam 1 1/2 inches apart. Bake meatballs for 20 to 25 minutes or until no longer pink inside.
