Directions
makes (10) 4" pancakes.

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and vanilla. Beat egg and add to canned milk and water. Melt butter and add to dry ingredients. Add milk/egg mixture to flour mixture and stir well. Cook on medium high griddle until golden brown.
