Sesame dressing

Ingredients
Shake up the following in a jar: * *Tahini, 2 tbsp * *Eden Selected Toasted Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp * Garlic, 1 clove * Ginger Root, grated, 1 tsp * Scallions, raw, 1 medium (4-1/8" long) * *Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp * Water, about a .25 cup, but add a couple tablespoons at a time until it is the desired consistency.
Directions
Mince the garlic.
Thinly slice the scallions.
Throw all of the ingredients into a jar.
Tighten lid! SHAKE!

Use for salads and noodles. This recipe makes about 6 Tbsp of dressing: Double the recipe and keep extra around in the fridge.

***Tip: Keep whole ginger root well-wrapped in the freezer. Use a rasp to grate into your dishes, skin and all. Then place back in the freezer for future use!***
