Smoky Blackeye Pea Hummus

Ingredients
2 15.5 oz cans blackeye peas, drained (3 cups)1/4 cup tahini1 tbsp lime juice 2 cloves garlic1/4 tsp Colgin Natural Hickory Liquid Smoke1/4 tsp saltblack pepper (to taste)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in food processor. Add approximately 1/2 cup water (or less) and blend to a smooth consistency.

Makes about 2 3/4 cups, or 11 1/4-cup servings.
