Grilled Salmon Salad

Ingredients
2 cups of fresh spinach1 medium strawberry sliced1/2 medium roma tomato1/4 medium avocado1/2 small nectarine sliced or chopped1 Gorton's Classic Grilled Salmon fillet1 Tbsp Wishbone Italian Salad Dressing
Directions
Preheat oven to 400*
Once oven is heated, take salmon out of the freezer and place onto a shallow metal pan and place in the oven.
Set timer for 16 minutes
While salmon is cooking, slice strawberries, avocado, tomato and nectarine.
Place 2 cups of fresh leaf spinach on a plate and top with chopped fruit and avocado.
Once salmon is removed from oven, break in to pieces with a fork and place on salad,
drizzle on tablespoon of italian dressing, toss and enjoy!
