Ingredients
1/3 cup uncooked whole wheat couscous1/4 cup shredded carrots1/4 cup chopped tomatoes2 tablespoons chopped green onions1/4 cup sliced celery1 to 2 tablespoons of a fat free italian dressing
Directions
Cook couscous according to package directions, omitting salt and margarine. Add vegetables and toss with dressing. Chill
