Ingredients
Directions
1 pkg/roll of sugar cookie dough1 8oz pkg of cream cheese (can be 1/3 fat or full fat)1 cup of granulated sugar1-2 tsp of vanilla extract (depending on flavor desired)1.5 pints of fresh strawberries sliced in small pieces1 container of whipped topping (can be lite, regular, fat free)1 small container of strawberry glaze (can be sugar free)
Set out all ingredients while doing the following so they may soften and be more workable.
Follow oven directions for cookie dough, but slice cookie dough roll in small, even slices. Place on a circular baking sheet until sheet is filled and fill in gaps. Use your hands to mash and make sure dough is touching and no holes. Bake according to directions. Do not over-cook the dough. You can undercook it by a minute or two to make sure that it is soft enough. Let cool until room temperature.
Put cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in mixing bowl and whip until creamy. Put mixture on top of cooled cookie.
Next, mix sliced strawberries with glaze and put atop the cream cheese mixture.
Lastly, put whipped topping on top.
Put in refrigerator for at least one hour so that all ingredients cool. This is a dessert that is perfect for summer time, is easy, and so delcious!

I'm confused! In your direction's it states, "Next, mix sliced strawberries with glaze," but the ingredient list says nothing about a glaze?? It lists it in the nutritional content individual breakdown but not on the ingredient list we can see. Clarification please! - 7/25/10

Sorry about the confusion. I entered it in a hurry..all should be fixed as well as serving size too. The size of container for strawberry glaze does bot matter too much as long as you use some to keep the strawberries from breaking down because of the sugar in the cram cheese.
