Vegetarian American Chop Suey

Ingredients
1 Cup TVP1 package of Pasta I used corn pasta (gluten free)1 bottle of Barilla Tomatoe and Basil Sauce1 can Italian Seasoned Diced Tomatoes1-2 tbsp of Adobo light1-2 tbsp of Italian seasoning1/4 of chopped garlicAdditional seasonings as desired.
Directions
Reconstitute TVP according to directions.
Fry TVP w/ adobo, garlic. Add Sauce, add Italian seasoning simmer covered. Boil macaroni, drain. Mix it all together and serve.

Can cut out alot of the sodium by cutting adobo.
Make 8 -0.5 cup servings
