Rhubarb Cake

Ingredients
1 box of cake mix (any flavor)1 egg3 egg whites1/3 C unsweetened appesauce1 1/3 C Water1 1/3 C marshmellows (use as many or few as you would like)1 pkt. sugar free jell-o (experiment with flavors)Rhubarb (enough to fill the bottom of a 13x9 pan1 C Splenda
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 375
Spread rhubarb in bottom of 13x9 baking pan
Sprinkle all Splenda over rhubarb
Sprinkle whole packet of sugar-free jell-o
Sprinkle all marshmellows over rhubarb

Put cake mix in seperate bowl
Mix in water, applesauce, egg, and egg whites
Beat until mixed well

Pour cake mix over rhubarb, jell-o, marshmellow mixture.

Bake cake 40-45 minutes
