Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 19.2 ounce package of ground turkey1 cup oatmeal1 egg3/4 c greek yogurt1 onion large, chopped1 red bell pepper, chopped2 stalks celery, chopped1 tsp salt1/2 tsp peppertsp basiltsp oreganopinch rosemary (if you have it)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside.

2. Combine all ingredients by hand in a large bowl. Place in loaf pan and bake for 1 hour. Let sit 10 min. before cutting.
