6 cups green beans1 Large onion5 cloves of garlic8 large baby carrotts2 Bannana peppers1 tbsp of white flour3 tbsp of oil 8 cups water
Wash all of the vegetables, cut in small peaces, and add spices. Stir for few minutes. Add water to cover up the vegetables and cook for approximately 45 minutes or until tender.
