Garlicky Steamed Stuffed Artichokes

Ingredients
4 Artichokes1/2 Cup Oilive Oil4 cloves garlic minced2 Cups BreadcrumbsSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Steam articokes with stem down for 30 minutes.

Drain in colander with stem up.

Mix the rest of the ingredients. Trim the points off of the leaves with nippers. Pull leaves open slightly and stuff with bread crumb mixture. Place back in steamer with stems down for 5-10 minutes.
