MarkNJayde's Sesame Noodle Salad

1 lb whole wheat spaghetti1/2 C reduced sodium soy sauce2 tbsp each-sesame and canola oil2 tbsp rice wine vinegar or lime juice1.5 tsp crushed red pepper flakes1 bunch scallions, sliced and divided1/4 C chopped fresh cilantro(really needs to be fresh not dried.)1 medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced4 C snow peas, trimmed and sliced on the bias1/2 toasted sesame seeds
1. Cook pasta according to instructions on package, when done rinse thoroughly under cold water.
2. Meanwhile whisk soy sauce, sesame oil, canola oil, vinegar, crushed red pepper, 1/4 C of scallions, 2 tbsp cilantro. Add cooled noodles, snow peas, and bell pepper. Toss to coat.
3. To serve mix in sesame seeds and garnish with remaining scallions and cilantro.
Note: Prepare through step two up to two hours in advance.
