Zucchini Bread (spelt & brown rice flour)

Ingredients
1 cups brown sugar 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 eggs 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 cup grated zucchini 1/2 teaspoon sea salt 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon baking powder 1 cups spelt flour 1/2 cup brown rice flour1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bake in a greased loaf pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
