Ingredients: Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)*Splenda, 12 tsp (remove)Butter, salted, 4 tbsp (remove)Zucchini, baby, 2 medium (remove)**Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 16 tbsp (remove)Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 4 tbsp (remove)Carb Options, Chocolate Delite Shake, 1 serving (remove)Soy Flour, 0.5 cup, stirred (remove)Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)Cloves, ground, 0.25 tsp (remove)Ginger, ground, 0.25 tsp (remove)Nutmeg, ground, 0.50 tsp (remove)
Directions
cream splenda eggs and butter...add shredded zucchini and shake and mix well...sift all dry ingredients into wet mixture and mix till incorporated, let stand for 5 mins spoon into muffin pan and bake at 350 for 30 mins or until toothpick comes out clean
