Beet Tea

Ingredients

1 beet - fresh not cookedJuice of one lemon1/2 lrg/med Cucumber peeled1 Herbal mint tea bag1 Red Rose tea bag1 Herbal raspberry tea bag1 knuckle of fresh Ginger
Puree the Cucumber, Ginger & Beet in food processsor
Juice a whole lemon
To one gallon of water add puree mixture, lemon juice, and tea bags
Let the mixture set overnight strain the tea to remove pulp discard tea bags.
Enjoy Ice Cold
Note: There is no need to steep tea bags in hot water.
Also making the tea into icecubes works great , add one cube per 8oz of water - hot or cold tastes great both ways.
Calorie count may not be completely acruate because of straining & removing the solids
