Lima Bean Celery Salad

Ingredients
10 oz lima beans1 c. sliced celery3 large scallions sliced8-10 sliced calamata olivesTarragon Dressing:.33 c olive oil1 Tbs fresh lemon juice1 Tbs vinegar2 Tbs chopped fresh tarragon1-2 Tbs chopped fresh chives
Directions
Rinse lima beans. Combine lima beans, scallions, olives and celery in bowl.
Whisk together dressing ingredients.
Toss salad with dressing; let set at least 15-20 mins or refrigerate over night.
